We have extensive experience in building houses from the ground up. Jake, the owner of JT, has built multiple homes himself were he was involved in framing the structure to installing the plumbing and electrical so he understands first hand what it takes to build a home and the timing of different parts to keep the project progressing forward with no hiccups.

What sets us apart is our dedication to maintaining the structure and character of older homes. While many builders would recommend ‘scraping’ an older home and starting from scratch, we see the value in preserving older homes and making them feel like modern construction while maintaining the history and character of the home.

We have done many remodels/additions and have a good understanding of the hidden challenges that can arise when tying into an existing structure.
